COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
I practice integrative psychotherapy in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. I create space for people who are ready to have an honest conversation with themselves and start walking towards the life they want to to live. I value the beautiful complexity of each person who enters my practice - honouring the deep connections between mind, body, our relationships and the natural world that surrounds us.
My approach is both expansive and grounding, adapting to what you need in each moment. I walk alongside individuals navigating life transitions, the unique experiences of neurodivergence, mental health challenges, grief and loss, and the healing journey through trauma.
My professional background includes adult and children's counselling, early childhood education, disability support, and psychosocial recovery coaching. This experience has deepened my capacity to support neurodivergent individuals, women finding their voice, and adolescents crafting their stories.
Outside of the therapy space, I am a mother, millennial, a nature gal, bookworm, a bit woo-woo, and I always turn the lyrics on whenever I listen to music to sing along. I'm the type of person who loves to get messy - you'll often find me with a cup of tea and paint, food, dirt or grease stained on at least one item of my clothing.
I am a proud biracial woman born in QLD and raised in large by my 1st-generation Filipina single mother. My upbringing has made me passionate about incorporating cultural and intergenerational wisdom into the therapeutic space whether directly or indirectly.
At heart, our therapeutic relationship is collaborative. I don't hold all the answers—you carry wisdom within. My role is to accompany you with curiosity and care, holding space while you reclaim parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, dismissed, or hidden away. Authentic expression is a high value to me, which means you will rarely see me stone faced while you talk about your tragedies, accomplishments and telling jokes - even self-deprecating ones.
For those experiencing parental separation, family restructuring, or complex life changes, I offer both compassionate presence and practical strategies. Together, we can explore how relationships, broader systems, and early experiences have shaped your inner world—not as permanent limitations, but as patterns that can be understood and transformed.
I believe therapy isn't simply about addressing difficulties—it's about reconnecting with who you are beneath layers of adaptation, finding a safe space to connect and using creativity as a healing force. It's about finding your own path forward with greater awareness, authenticity, and vitality.
