Welcome - I'm Serinda Campbell (She/Her).
I practice integrative psychotherapy from Nambour, Sunshine Coast, where I create space for people ready to connect with their authentic selves. I value the beautiful complexity of each person who enters my practice—honouring the deep connections between mind, body, our relationships and the natural world that surrounds us.
My approach is both expansive and grounding, adapting to what you need in each moment. I walk alongside individuals navigating life transitions, the unique experiences of neurodivergence, mental health challenges, grief and loss, and the healing journey through trauma.
My professional background includes children's counselling, disability support, and psychosocial recovery coaching. This experience has deepened my capacity to support neurodivergent individuals, women finding their voice, and young people crafting their stories. Together, we explore how relationships, broader systems, and early experiences have shaped your inner world—not as permanent limitations, but as patterns that can be understood and transformed.
In our work together, creativity becomes a healing force. I integrate artistic expression, movement-based approaches, psychodynamic exploration, sensorimotor awareness, and the wisdom of nature-based interventions. For those experiencing parental separation, family restructuring, or complex life changes, I offer both compassionate presence and practical strategies.
At heart, our therapeutic relationship is collaborative. I don't hold all the answers—you carry wisdom within. My role is to accompany you with curiosity and care, holding space while you reclaim parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, dismissed, or hidden away.
I believe therapy isn't simply about addressing difficulties—it's about reconnecting with who you are beneath layers of adaptation. It's about finding your own path forward with greater awareness, authenticity, and vitality.
On top of all of that, I just love doing this work- It has been a dream come true becoming a therapist. It is truly my passion and I am so so grateful for my clients.
So, Thank you.
