A collaboration with art studio space, Let's Dilly Dally in Nambour, we embark on a fortnightly therapeutic art series designed to support people navigating life's inevitable transitions - changing careers, relationships, life stages, or any moment where identity feels in flux. Rather than viewing these periods as problems to solve, we honour them as natural opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
The programme recognises that transformation happens through the body, not just the mind. Using creative expression alongside somatic awareness and group connection, participants explore their evolving sense of self in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Each 8-week programme builds foundational skills - from emotional awareness through to embodied confidence and relational depth - while remaining accessible to drop-in participants at any stage of their journey. This is a space of slow sustainable change.
This isn't traditional talk therapy. It's an embodied exploration of who you're becoming, using art and play as both a mirror and pathway to authentic self-expression. The group setting creates connection and reduces the isolation often felt during transitions, whilst the creative process bypasses mental barriers to access deeper wisdom.
Perfect for anyone who values depth, creativity, and holistic approaches to personal growth and understands that sustainable healing cannot happen alone- those ready to embrace the messy, beautiful process of becoming who they're meant to be and embracing the fullness of each other, together.
Soul, is the first programme in this series. As a group we will look at the Inner Self - that little part of you that has been begging for change - to develop deeper feeling awareness, connect with your body's wisdom, and lovingly release the versions of yourself that no longer serve you. Over 8 therapeutic sessions, you'll explore the landscape of your inner world through clay, movement, collage, and connection.
This work picks up what talk therapy can't quite get to through non-verbal expression - finding visual representations of what words often leave behind and working with the group to connect and reflect. Where the depth of the experience is solely up to how deeply you yield into it.
Healing doesn't have to look like sitting in a beige room talking about your feelings. It can look like clay under your fingernails, bodies moving together, and discovering parts of yourself you forgot existed.
These sessions are best experienced as a whole, but are left open to honour the ebbs and flows of life and to show up where it feels right for you.

Serinda will be offering a unique community support experience where women can both give and receive authentic care in a safe, non-judgmental space. Where you do not need to ask, instead have trust that other Wise Women will be called to provide you with what you need.
“Kapwa” is a Filipino term that roughly translates to “fellow being” or “others.” The word Kapwa embodies the idea that there’s an inherent unity and interconnectedness between oneself and others. It’s a recognition that we’re all part of a larger whole, and that our identities are inextricably linked to those around us. Moving away from Self vs Other and moving into Self with Other.
What you’ll experience:
✨ Drop-in sessions where you can receive intuitive support, nurturing, advice, joy or varied types of touch (with consent) from other women
✨ Resisting the patriarchy by being held and witnessed in all your fullness with permission to express all of you regardless of how wild or messy
✨ Opportunities to tap into your intuition and inner healer to offer your own gifts of care and wisdom to others who need it
✨ Therapeutic support as needed with sound and/or movement therapy to deepen or move out of emotional experiences
✨ A space designed for real connection without the pressure to “fix” or be fixed - just to be witnessed and belong.
This isn’t traditional therapy or a structured workshop - it’s a return to the way communities naturally cared for each other.
Whether you’re carrying something heavy and need support, or you’re feeling resourced and want to offer care to others, this space is for you.

Serinda will also facilitate part of the festival’s closing ritual on Day One - a powerful connection circle to help everyone integrate their day’s experiences and feel the magnetic presence of women supporting women.
